Title: Lily-Josephine
Author: Kate Saunders
Genre: Adult Contemporary/romance/fairy tales spin

Book Beginning:

This time, the dream was beautiful. It was a dream about flowers; a carnival of colour, daubed across a dense tapestry of living green. A hundred shades of green, from palest eau de nil to blackest moss. The leaves were of every possible shape – lances, coins, stars, round shoots, flat fronds, silky filaments.

Thought/Reactions: I gave a little more than the first sentence..  I really love the descriptions in this! Paints a lovely picture! Had me wondering why she was dreaming about a garden. hehe
